04.01.2022 Make sure your downpipes are in working order otherwise Joel can install new colorbond ones for you. You don’t want excess water entering your foundations as it can lead to white ants & other structural problems! White ants are attracted to the moisture

03.01.2022 Today it was nice to do something for the Hastings Valley Mountain Bike Riders at Jolly Nose who have given so much to the community by providing excellent tracks in the area. So many tourists use these trails which is fantastic! It has taken quite a while to install guttering etc with the fires of late but great it’s finally installed. And yes water is now going into the tank!

02.01.2022 What I love about this house overlooking the Ocean in Lower Hutt Wellington is the boat mounted to the front! The down pipe draining the boat is gold!
