25.01.2022 Do you know the stages of labour? More importantly does your Birth partner know the stages of labour? Many women arrive at hospital only 1cm or 2cm. This is known as pre labour. Oten things will slow right down or sometimes you get sent home. Hospital staff will tell you to "Stay at home as long as you can" but you need self-confidence and knowledge of how labour progresses in order to do this.... I can teach you and your birth partner the stages of labour to give you the knowledge and nohow of when to present at hospital -well on your way to meeting your little baby. It only takes a little bit of science, a few skills and LOVE! Message me my prices are VERY reasonable.

I only teach you responsible and practical skills to use with your labour and birth partner to allow you to remain in control, calm and relaxed.... It's great! My fees are VERY reasonable.x

21.01.2022 Oh my. Too many to tell but will go with electricty going off defrosting bags and bags of frozen breastmilk. Ok!! That and mastitis or the abcess after misdiagnosed mastitis. Or the feeding with an abcess- so so gross. Ughh tears all around

06.01.2022 Wow. This is a douzy. I have met birth partners that do not want to be in the delivery suite because they have not acquired any skills or knowledge and have a preconceived idea of how "it" is going to be. Usually it is based on stories they have heard or what they have seen on TV. A loved one can be the best birth partner but only if a plan has been made and skills learned . ... If they cannot be the best person on the day take someone who can but give your partner the opportunity to learn and step up. having someone you love and trust with you every step of the way is such a wonderful thing. Call me if you would like your birth partner to learn some skills for labour. My rates are super reasonable. x
