23.01.2022 Congratulations to our solo cheer and chant winners at todays state cheerleading championships - Anastasia Hay, Bianca Hay, Mikayla Kidd and Kota Mudge. Between them they took out two gold medals, a silver and a bronze. Well done girls!

23.01.2022 Successful first night at Winterfest Cheer Comps in Adelaide with our partner stunt Bounce Beauties placing second and Bounce Babes not far behind. Our level 2 group stunt team Bounce Besties blew us away by placing second out of a strong field of 10 teams. We couldn't be prouder

22.01.2022 Woohoo our girls had an amazing day training with the fantastic and knowledgable coaches at STPA in Adelaide. Our athletes tumbled and stunted like absolute champions and are bringing home loads of knowledge and skills to add to their routines :)

13.01.2022 The build up to this week's Aussie Gold competition in Queensland has been intense. Each member of our Bounce Teams has been working hard, both in Adelaide and here at home. This competition will be our first time competing in Group Stunt and Partner Stunt. We also have our Junior and Senior Pom teams too. We wish to thank our invaluable sponsors Baker Bear's, Aughey Accountants, Pirie Signs & Designs, RaynorShine Locksmiths and Solomontown Football Club for helping us to get as far as we have. Our coaches have also put in an enormous amount of effort and we thank them also. Look out for us on Southern Cross this week with a sneak peek at our performances and new sponsored tees. We will keep you all updated with our achievements and think of us all this weekend!!

12.01.2022 We had so much fun at day one of the Action Spirit Cheer Camp in Adelaide learning new stunts and choreography! Massive shout out to the Bounce Team members who did themselves very proud learning new stunts, tumbles, dances and techniques. Can't wait for another awesome day tomorrow!

12.01.2022 So proud and blown away by how well our girls did today in the State Cheerleading Titles. A score of over 80 points, the highest for the day across all age divisions in the cheer section. Well done girls!

09.01.2022 Yesterday all the teams headed down to STPA for stunt training. We were able to benefit from the knowledge of Toni who travelled all the way from New Zealand to teach us all the little details that go into the lifts and stunts that the teams need for their routines. We learnt so much and the preparation for our competition season is really hotting up! Thanks to (another) Toni from STPA for the fantastic opportunity!
