07.01.2022 New to @portquays.liquordeli now stocking @wedgetailbrewingco which is a craft brewery located 9 minutes away! Wedgetail Double Red is a deep copper/reddish-brown colour with a full caramel-crystal malt and rye malt, giving this beer plenty of character. Bitterness is medium-high to balance the malt character from liberal hop additions of Mouterre, Citra and Centennial. The alcohol esters compliment the aroma hops to produce a background of ripe stone fruits and floral citrus notes. As it warms, toffee and caramel notes can be detected. The beer just keeps on giving. We also have their IPA & Pilsner available.
