21.01.2022 How much do you know about our Community Bank Model? It has come to our attention that a lot of people do not fully understand the model that we run under so heres some information available on the website! In the late 1990’s a new type of banking model came onto Australia’s banking scene. Bendigo’s Community Bank branches. It was a brave and bold move by a regional bank in a rapidly evolving banking and finance sector. Today, more than 20 years later, there are 324 Commun...ity Bank branches throughout Australia, partnering with Australia's 5th biggest retail bank. Not only do these Community Bank branches provide banking and financial services, they have a unique point of difference. More than $24 million in funding has been distributed to local community projects and initiatives across Australia in the 2018-19 financial year, with Tasmanian Community Bank branches contributing more than $578,000 to this milestone. So next time you go to choose a bank, why not support your community so we can support it too! https://www.bendigobank.com.au/community/community-bank/

20.01.2022 Rural Bank Providing for tomorrow! For 20 years, we have been working side by side with Australian farmers we’re agricultural specialists and we know what our customers need. We listen to our customers, to their vision and to their challenges, and we stand by them through the good times and the bad because like them, we know the potential that tomorrow holds. ... We also know that agriculture is constantly changing. From new technologies to changing seasonal conditions and environments, farmers are facing new challenges every day. And what sets us apart from our competitors is the long-term relationships we build with our customers to support them to overcome these challenges, grow their farm business and achieve their goals. The North West Coast of Tasmania is a hotspot for all things Agriculture, even 2 minutes from tour community bank you will see the farmers working busily on their land to provide us with food. Can't get anymore local than that! Come in and see the girls if you would like more information on what Rural Bank can do for you!
