25.01.2022 These are my delicious Meat and Vegetable Cornish Pasties. I can make them to order and I also do an all vegetable version.

24.01.2022 Chicken pieces with skin on gently cooked in lime juice, ginger, lemongrass and coconut milk. Served with rice and a healthy handful of fresh coriander. A healthy, nutritious meal cooked slowly for maximum flavour.

23.01.2022 Found this lovely recipe in a 4 week diet plan and it was superb. Chicken thigh fillet topped with a tomatoey mixture and cheese topping Low calorie, very filling and tasty. Easy to make and reasonably priced meal.

14.01.2022 This is my Moroccan Chicken and Carrot Salad with Cous-cous This meal was delicious - beautiful marinated chicken thighs with a lovely salad of cous-cous, carro...ts, almonds,currants and coriander in a delicious orange dressing. 14.01.2022 Chick pea burgers and plum sauce and a fresh rocket salad. I have been making these burgers for 30 years - such a great recipe. Vegetarian and very tasty. Everyone loves them. Economic and easy to make and good for your weight loss diet.

11.01.2022 Made this delicious tagliatelle with spiced butter yesterday. Quick to make, lovely mild mixture of spices over tagliatelle with fresh herbs and crunchy toasted pine nuts. This is a vegetarian dish however it could go well with a marinated lamb backstrap or chicken pieces.... Pricing - depends on how many serves required and if you would like meat or vegetarian.
