On their way out they did the HAKA for me and promised to do their best for the rest of the season. 14.01.2022 Introducing Gaisy’s mother, Sheila Babe, 100 years strong and her best friend, Sister Eileen, only a youngin’ at 95 Celebrating Life! Spending a morning with these beautiful women was absolutely uplifting. Not sure if that was because Sister Eileen was putting in a few extra prayers for my soul or their vitality was truly invigorating. One can’t applaud enough the benefits of friendship and laughter to give you the energy to move and enjoy every day you walk this earth. W...atching them be put through their paces by professional personal trainer ‘Killer’, showed just how clearly exercise and healthy living was working for the girls. ‘Killer’ specialises in senior's physical fitness and has developed a program THE VINTAGE EXERCISE ADVANTAGE PROGRAM with marvellous results. 13.01.2022 FALLEN FROM GRACE a short story by MJT Flossy’s dramatic departure left him breathless.... 000 . Please help, save me. I have fallen down the mountain she fades. As Flossy regains consciousness, overwhelmed by the pain of her torn and broken body, she clutched a bloodied and crumpled business card in her mangled fingers, whispering to her rescuers take me to only this Doctor. Dr Fabio Salvator, world-renowned Italian cosmetic surgeon, had exceeded his own expectations. Flossy could never have been considered anything more than an ordinary looking woman prior to her accident. She was flawed by her own newfound beauty, unrecognisable as her former self. I mean I think it's an outrage that I am expected to go to the gym with my daughters who are in their 30’s and wear the same clothes as them. I call it the UNIFORM because there is nothing else out there to buy. I have spent my entire life working in the fashion industry and I have been dressing beautiful women for over 40 years. When I say I know fashion, believe me I know fashion. The one thing I am sure about i...s that nowhere in the world did I ever see it acceptable for mothers to wear the same clothes as their daughters, in the same way as their daughters.
