20.01.2022 Happy New Year! I purchased this baby for a lot of $$ about 3 months ago and I’ve just been too bloody busy to unpack her and enjoy! After using my amazing Kitchenaid for 4 years I decided to go back to my old faithful, hopefully she is as good to me as my Kitchenaid has been! 12.01.2022 RECIPE SHARE ALERT if you are looking for a quick, super easy and no fail Vanilla Cupcake recipe that ANYONE can make, the look no further, here it is! This recipe is best eaten same day and is not suitable to freeze Vanilla Cupcakes Ingredients 330gms of Caster Sugar ... 4 eggs 600ml thickened cream 500gms of Self Raising Flour 1tbs Vanilla Paste Method: 1. Preheat oven to 170 fan forced 2. Sift flour into mixing bowl and combine all ingredients 3. Beat on medium speed until ingredients are combined 4. Use ice cream scoop to place one scoop into patty cases. 5. Bake for 22mins Quick and Easy Buttercream Frosting: Ingredients 200gms butter, softened to room temperature but not melted 250-300gns Icing Sugar 1-2tsp Vanilla Bean Paste Method: 1. Beat butter with whisk attachment until it lightens in colour but 2-3 shades. 2. Add icing sugar gradually as you continue to beat, add vanilla and beat until icing is creamy and smooth. 3.
