Very few people walk around thinking that they never have to take a bath again because they had a shower that day. But this is what we tend to do when it comes to getting motivated. Like a nice hot shower, motivation invigorates you and gets you moving. But its not something you do once and then youre done. You dont get motivated and stay motivated. You have to regularly renew yo...ur supply. And yet, most of us dont think about renewing our motivation daily like we think about brushing our teeth or taking a bath. Its not a daily habit. For many people its simply a book they keep on their shelf and reference from time to time, a mantra that lingers in the back of their mind , or a quote they occasionally refer to when their productivity and enthusiasm start to wein. But motivation is not a fleeting effort. It is conscious, diligent and consistent. And the rewards are immeasurable. So what if you built motivation into your daily routine? How would your life change? Maybe you commit to read a passage from an inspiring book each morning, or wake up to your favorite song. Maybe its going for a walk through the park in the early morning hours or taking a break each work day to quiet your mind through meditation . Whatever it is, make it a priority to do it daily and watch your life change!

21.01.2022 Learn, Then Take Action Common sense would have us believe that we pursue an education so we may gain knowledge. But the truth is that knowledge unto itself isnt all that useful. A person may know many things, but still may fail to apply that knowledge. It is only when we apply what we have learned that it becomes valuable. The great aim of education is not to amass vast quantities of facts it is to take what we know and use it to shape our lives and impact the lives of ...others. Think about all the things you know but havent put into action. We can love to learn and expand our knowledge, but it means very little if we do not use those ideas and thoughts to guide our actions. So the next time you hear a good idea or learn something new, consider how you can apply it to your own life. In other words, value the education youve gained but also value putting that education into action. See more
