05.01.2022 10 weeks ago I started my pre-detox by getting into the habit of drinking 3lt of water a day. Since then I have almost lost 9kg! The past 21 days I have been on stage 2 of the detox and lost 5kg of the above 9kg. ... Now this is all whilst going through menopause. The message out in the world is that it’s hard to lose weight around menopause - myth busted!! It’s actually helped tremendously with my symptoms by balancing my hormones. Today I enter stage 3 of the detox eating good food - fuelled, drinking loads of water - hydrated and taking high quality supliments - nourished. October is the fat release and detox programs 10th birthday and we are celebrating the success of thousands who have completed the detox and changed their lives. 04.01.2022 We are our own worst enemy sometimes. The things we say to ourselves can be so distorting, keep us trapped in a life that’s not making us happy, eating like there’s no consequences to our health. We tell ourselves we aren’t worth it, not good enough, no one cares anyway.... Do you say things like this to yourself? I use to a lot. And sometimes negative thoughts still pop in but I squash them real fast because I have big dreams and big goals and when I put myself down it puts the brakes on real fast. So learnt to be kind to myself. To encourage myself, give myself a pat on the back when deserved, love myself, cherish this amazing body I have been blessed with. Starting saying..,, I am worth it I can do this. My body is amazing. I am amazing. I love me. Think about this, if you would say it to someone else stop saying it to you!! What positive things do other people say about you? Believe them. Give yourself permission to say them to yourself as well. You are amazing!!
