Possibly THE best wholistic trainer you will find who integrates the total package for women’s physical fitness (mental, physical, positive support, existing injuries, or alongside any physiotherapist needs you may have) Today after our session Sally @fitwithsally unexpectedly presented she me with the most amazing gift!! Sometimes we ‘might’ talk through the PT sessions and Sally knows I am working to develop a business around my fashion passion and talents- and this gift is the perfect inspiration to help me. She knows my love of styling, creative fashion and the wonderful women absolutely rocking it with @advancedstyle I can’t wait to read this!
