20.01.2022 Hi everyone! And, we're back! Positively Yoga has been on a bit of an internet break, while I've been focusing on completing a (once abandoned) degree. As that starts drawing to a close, I'll be back online, hoping to inspire your yoga habit. Along with social media, sometime soon, I'll be revealing a new look website, and pulling a few other exciting things from my sleeve. This is yoga - sometimes we ebb away, but it always embraces us when we flow back to it, ready to step onto our mats and come home to ourselves. Throughout the week, regularly pause and take a single glorious, deep, intentional breath. The seemingly simple action of turning your awareness to your breath, even for a moment, offers a way to instantly ground back into your body, which is helpful in alleviating stress and promoting relaxation.
