11.01.2022 Have been receiving a lot of concerns about freight/shipments being affected due to border closures from Australia into PNG. Some of the packages sent to Port Moresby today without issues. Freight services are still ok.

Due to Covid-19 deliveries of items you've ordered may take a little longer or less depending on postage. Please, we ask you all to make sure you have notifications sent to your email from suppliers as proof of your purchase and delivery to our physical address in Australia, Screen short delivery notification and have it se...nt to us so that we can be able to assist accordingly. We apologise for delays regarding replies to your messages as we have quite a big number of people signing up and doing orders online daily. 01.01.2022 For those who are interested and want to know how it works. There is a user guide also on our facebook page that will show you how to register and sign up. Basically after you register you will need to sign up in order to use our services. After you sign up you will be sent an email giving you an Australian distributing address to use. Simillar to your post office box in PNG. When you shop online in Australia you send it to that distributing address. Only you will be allow...ed to use that address as our customer. Those who do not sign up will not be given that address and will not be allowed to use that address. You will have to send your item description and details via the shipping quote page on our website. Once we receive your ordered items at the distributing address we will let you know via email or WhatsApp. We will then weigh your items and get dimensions and photos and get a shipping quote for you to send that item to you in PNG and send to you including our packaging and handling fees which is small. Please see our FAQ page for more info. Once you make payment of the quote that is sent to you then we ship your items to you. Hope that is clear enough.
