COVID-19 symptoms (even if you suspect its just your first allergy attack of the season), get tested immediately for COVID-19. If the test result is negative and symptoms persist, talk to your GP about a management plan during the COVID-19 pandemic. 21.01.2022 Held annually on 26 May, National Sorry Day acknowledges and recognise members of the Stolen Generations. A hugely significant story in our collection, Sorry Da...y follows Maggie and her mother, who watch the Prime Minister give his apology to the Stolen Generations on behalf of the Australian Government. With a special introduction and afterword from former Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, Sorry Day is read poignantly by actor Trevor Jamieson. Written by Coral Vass, author and featuring exquisite illustrations from Dub Leffler, which link the emotion of the past with the present, this story will help children understand our history, and the damaging injustice done to Australias Stolen Generation. It is an essential story that encourages us to continue on the path towards reconciliation.

17.01.2022 We are thrilled to announce that 'Cooee Mittigar' by Jasmine Seymour and Leanne Mulgo Watson has won the Prime Minister's Literary Award for Children's Literatu...re. Cooee Mittigar was made because Leanne and I wanted people to remember and recognise that Sydney always was and always will be an Aboriginal place. We wanted the kids and adults who grow up in this Country to be proud of its Aboriginal history and custodianship. Thank you to everyone who has loved this book and connected to its story. This is the story of us, and the land connection that links all people who live in Australia. Budyari budyari! - Jasmine Seymour.
