13.01.2022 We still love this new Jen Kingwell range, Fine and Sunny. These layer cakes are a great way to buy a piece of each fabric in the whole range. Layer cakes are so versatile, we love using them. Funny story...we had some customers in store recently who couldn't remember the name "layer cake" and tried a number of different delicious sounding names. "Cake squares", "Jelly cakes", "Sweet Layers"... we giggled a lot that afternoon thinking of all the yummy things we could have named them. 08.01.2022 We are so excited to show you this fun Ho Ho Hexy quilt. Amanda made up the top of the quilt a while (8 years or so) ago and has finally backed, quilted and bound it. Yay! The top was made using a pack of Christmas strips, but you could use any fabric range and get a similar, but different, fun look. She has also written up all of her instructions in a pattern so that everyone else can make one too.
