25.01.2022 Until DAMIEN HUTCHINS pays his creditors as ordered by the courts, his creditors will remain ripped off victims and he will remain a scamming con artist. He has the means to pay, he chooses not to, but instead buy drugs. A confidence trickster gets immense satisfaction from ripping people off for goods, services and money, and using the ill-gotten proceeds. They also enjoy the bad publicity about their actions, as their actions are an attention seeking device for their lonely miserable socially inept existence. Anybody is a potential targeted victim who has provided goods, services and money, and is highly unlikely to be ever paid or payed back.

20.01.2022 The thorny omen should pay their debts instead of never responding. Shouldn't have taken advantage of people and leave them allegedly ripped off. People's lives are decimated, and are subject to legal action for taking legal action to recover what is rightfully, legally and morally owed to innocent victims.

Not satisfied enough with conning whatever he can get out of his victims, victims are then threatened with legal action to get more money from victims.

Better grammar is expected from someone as well educated as Damien Hutchins. There is no logical link between signature and a perceived agreement. Perhaps af...ter skim-reading the text, removing the context, and picking out a string of words, could a conclusion be alluded to. As poor clarity of documents has not been addressed, it appears signature is different in each C & D. Signature and apparent agreement (unstated) are mutually exclusive, independent of each other, and have no linkage. A court order is not an agreement. It is a judicial directive where an officer of the judiciary orders a party to take a certain action, such as pay monies to creditors for debts. Court orders not complied with will warrant further severe legal action. Using commonly available 21st century technology, documents can be published to a higher quality like these. An example of a highly successful capital raising scheme.

Defendants summonsed to appear before Shepparton Magistrates' Court on 1st July can be found in the daily court list of cases to be heard on the Magistrates' Court of Victoria EFAS (Electronic Filing Appearance System).

08.01.2022 DAMIEN HUTCHINS made notice to the court to deny being the proprietor of Harvest Home Boutique Hotel. Business registration entry states otherwise. The business is now deregistered. His notice to the court was rejected due to non-compliance with court procedures.

08.01.2022 OPEN Opinion suggests that as there are funds to pay for legal action and other purchases, this would appear to indicate intention to not pay debts of over $10,000.00 as ordered by the courts. If there had not been allegedly deceptive conduct and victims left without a cent after being taken advantage of, and the subsequent refusal to pay restitution when judicially ordered to do so, then the exposing of a sickening and debilitating situation to bring matters to a close, and... for the prevention of another occurrence, would not have been a progressive action. If the debts are payed, then all this goes away or further legal action will ensue. Sueing victims for monetary damages is futile as the applicant already has all their assets. Given the poor clarity and quality of the C & Ds, these observations can be made out but not with certainty. These C & Ds have used templates from the U.S., for use in the U.S., under U.S. law. As the legal action would appear to be held in the U.S., the statute of limitations of a U.S. state that is to be indemnified has not been stated. The C & Ds are incomplete as the statements that are apparently factually untrue have not been identified. Harassment is by direct contact, which has not been documented. Parts of the defamation C & D have been cut and pasted into the harassment C & D 2nd paragraph, as the editing and wording suggests a sub-page which doesn't exist. Service via a social media platform is not accepted method of service in State of Victoria in Australia. The signature on the defamation C & D appears to be crossed out or is different. End opinion.
