Produced by the wonderful Kate Laurie and Isaac Wall.... Strange Colours is a beautifully slow and melancholy film that tells as much of a story about its characters as it does the location, Lightning Ridge, a small outback opal mining town in north-western New South Wales. FIlmed by the talented and always hard to pin down Michael Latham.
