Stimulate lymphatic drainage While still being on your belly do a superman exercise on your Posture Upright Mat. Raise your arms and feet off the floor, keeping your core flat on the ground. Hold the raised position for three seconds and then lower your arms and feet back to the floor. Repeat this 5 times. Strengthen your tummy Place the pillow on the mat, so the lotuses on the pillow firmly press against your tummy. Repeat the motions on the video for 15 seconds. Very similar to the previous exercise, but your arms should be moving from your sides and behind you. Improve your flexibility Bend your left leg at the knee and place your left foot on Posture Upright Mat, bend your right leg and rest it on the floor.
