25.01.2022 Who remembers Reece McLaren Vs Mark Striegl? It took place on ONE in Philippines in December 2015. Reece took the bout on only 8 days notice. It was the co-main event with Striegl having a 13-1 record and Reece was really only the given the fight to lose. With Striegl then going on to fight for the world title. Or was he?!? It was voted ONEs biggest upset of 2015. And was the first time in ONEs history a fighter had received a soccer kick and went on to win the bout. It was also voted ONEs 2nd best fight of 2015. Ten black belts and dozens of brown, purple, blue, and white belts attended his upper coomera academy to witness his grading. So much blood, sweat, tears and years have gone into this. Well done Ricky!!

16.01.2022 Even with coach Vincent Perry away today there was still an awesome class at PUMMA. Reece Mclaren put on a master class of spider guard which swept the participants away . Seven blacks and dozens of other belts filled the mat.

16.01.2022 Steel sharpens steel - great fighters class last night with a busy couple of months ahead. Cory fights on XFC tomorrow night. Then Chels Hackett fights on the contender series (UFC - Las Vegas) in early October. Hoani Selwyn, Selina Mongi, Doppo Mma Bjj Aranha (Spanish John), & Dom Aston are all nominated for Eternal mid October. With Reece John having a crack at Pro Boxing early November in Toowoomba.
