18.01.2022 October 26-November 1 is OT Week. Occupational therapists work with adults of all ages, children and families, who have physical, social or mental health needs.... Occupational therapists work with people to identify interests and goals, manage daily routines at home and in the community, modify daily tasks to make them easier to perform, and recommend activities to participate in. And we love being able to work towards these goals with you. This years theme for OT Week is Resilience: Supporting our communities to rebuild, recover, and reengage. In supporting people to participate in activities they find meaningful, occupational therapists are vital in helping communities through challenging times #THISISOT

10.01.2022 This year we had a ridiculous amount of fun at our Team Day on September 28th. Traditionally our team days are focused on team building, continuous improvement, training and policy review. This year Management decided to surprise the team with an "Amazing Race" around Hahndorf with fun tasks and a challenge to take as many photos as we could showing different modes of transport... there were some interesting interpretations of this!... It's so important to have these days to build relationships, and provide support to our team who in turn are providing support to people in the disability sector. It's been a challenging year for everyone this year as we all know. Hope you enjoy some photos of our shenanigans
