20.01.2022 Along with barbering, I am part of a youth mentoring organisation called @strengthpotentialmentoring . I am equally passionate about both of my ‘jobs’ and every... now and then the two roles mix together and I get to take young men in the making in to the barbershop and show them how learning life skills that allow us to serve others gives us purpose and can pull us out of some very dark situations and mindsets. I thank God for having come across @foreverbarbers and for Ryan taking me on and giving me a chance in his shop and helping me come out of a dark place more than once. We are a business that offers a One on One Mentoring Program that focuses on your child's STRENGTHS to assist them in achieving their goals and work on life skills along with academics. Our dedicated team of 9 Mentors all have significant life experience! We have a mentor who is currently on the front line as a NURSE in our local community, a mentor who is a local SURF INSTRUCTOR, another who used to sell REAL ESTATE and even a mentor who is curre...ntly a LOCAL CHIPPY!
