05.01.2022 Ali this is for you. I’ll try to take better photos of our DIY brooder next time. There’s another Bunnings kids clamshell on top that stays propped up. There are 2 regular little lamps with 72 watt globes in them away from the sides. Wood shavings so they can snuggle in, crumble starter feed, and waterers. Brooders for small numbers don’t have to be elaborate just warm and functional. I draped a piece of old fabric over it. We had 50 in each of these for 2 weeks. 04.01.2022 We processed over 500 birds last week from local farmers to provide to local businesses. We want more! Especially Ducks and Turkeys. Local restaurants love local food, help us bring something different to the table. Pheasant perhaps?
