25.01.2022 Morning guys , I thought its time to let everyone know on Monday Kara got the terrible news again her breast cancer is back !! We are absolutely gutted again , so over the next 1 - 3 -6 months or how ever long it takes Ill be back and forward from Sydney. members / casual members / regulars / PT clients and general community who access the gym, we dont class you guys as numbers /clients we consider you guys close friends ! The gym will be open as normal same hours but... Kel will be the Responsible for the day to day operations until I am able to get back on top of things , if you need PTs I absolutely recommend Kel as she is awesome & a great person !!! Please we would love you guys to keep using the gym as normal / classes / hitting the bag / train yourself / casual visits , Grahame Will be in charge of the boxing side as normal from 4pm til 7pm monday til friday plus John Hill Jr will take a big part in the afternoons with his traineeship about to start ! We thought wed let you guys know before you start hearing about it around town ! So I know kara & I would really feel at ease if the gym was getting used as normal , & rest assured ill be back very very soon !!! on a lighter note Kara & myself are getting married in 14 days which is Saturday 24th @ 3pm at venue to be announced next Tuesday. We understand this is short notice but it is something that we want to do for us and our children if you could make it that would be appreciated, if not and plans are on /family commitments we totally understand. 23.01.2022 Pound for Pound Christmas Party Saturday 2nd December At the gym 10am -2pm... Jumping castle for the kids and $10 for 2 hrs at flipout!! Lunch provided ! If your around pop in and share a cold one with us to see out the year. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult

23.01.2022 6 days to go!!! There is bus leaving from the Castlereagh Hotel at 5pm for the Narromine fight night ! The bus will return to the castlereagh after the fights. Cost is $25 per person, there is obviously limited seats if you are interested call Gummy. Thanks

23.01.2022 Hope everybody has enjoyed their weekend ! Due to Anzac Day Tuesday the gym will open Tuesday morning until 10am. Tuesdays nights mixed class will be running at 8am instead of 6pm. Any questions, please give us a call! Thanks

21.01.2022 Happy Thursday, Opening hours will change tomorrow (Friday) afternoon period will vary: open from 4:00pm - 6:30/7pm. Monday the gym will be closed through the morning and re-opening at 3:30pm on Monday afternoon. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience!! We are off to the Super 8 tournament in Toowoomba!!

21.01.2022 TOOMEY / TREMAIN CELEBRATIONS For those who are able to join us, the wedding will be on this Saturday 24th March Venue: 13 km from Dubbo on Dunedoo HWY left hand side (balloons will be at the gate) Time: 3pm There is no alcohol allowed at the ceremony!!... After please join us at the Castlereagh Hotel after the ceremony. Please do not bring cards or gifts, we just want everyone to enjoy themselves. 21.01.2022 Melbourne Australian amateur titles were on last weekend, with Dubbos Dasher Hill and John Hill representing Pound for Pound. Unfortunately John was unable to secure a bout so took his expertise into the corner for his brother Dasher! Dasher won his first bout and secured a silver medal in a tough final fight!!... Well done to both boys, as always you make us extremely proud

20.01.2022 We hope everyone has had a productive week. Pound for Pound will be heading down to the Mulwala Fight night this weekend with boxers competing. Gym afternoon hours will vary: Thursday open 3:30pm - 7pm... Friday open 3:30pm - 6:30pm Closed Saturday We will update with photos and results over the weekend!!

19.01.2022 Notice: Monday nights 6pm Ladies class will not be running for the next couple of months. Wednesdays nights ladies class will remain as the same time slot 6pm ! But if you are looking for a Monday nights class 5pm KB strength & conditioning class with Kel is a very popular session / class cost is $10 for a 45min - 1 hr class ! It is fit for absolutely anyones fitness level ! If anyone needs to know something about it please dont hesitate to message or call us. Thanks

12.01.2022 Local police officers, Mark Wallace and Brendon Wilson who train out of the Pound for Pound gym have travelled to Sydney yesterday to participate in the; NSW police boxing gala fight night at North Sydney leagues club. We have the results for Wilsos fight:... Winner by TKO rd 2 !!!!! Well done, from all of us back in Dubbo.

01.01.2022 Attn members and casual visitors: It is with great regret that we wish to inform you that Pound for Pound Boxing gym will close its doors to the general public on 31st October 2018. Classes will run as normal until Friday 26th October, trading hours will be as normal until closing date. All direct debit members will cease at the end of October, please see staff over the coming weeks for individual membership cancellations. Group bookings with services will still be available,... please contact for enquiries. This space and gym will be occupied by our recently developed Not for Profit organisation - Yarruwala Youth and Family Services. We would like to thank each and every one of you who have supported our 7 amazing years in the boxing and fitness world. We have met and cemented many friendships and made lasting memories. To the staff Graham Wallace and Kell Murdoch, Thank you for your support, knowledge and loyalty over the years. Brent Hunter, there are no words to express our thanks for all you have done for Gummy and the Pound for Pound Family. You have been by our side from BEYOND day one and Pound for Pound would not be what it is today without you!!
