25.01.2022 38 Oxford St A fresh little fit out we just completed for a new office space above Oxford St. For anyone who remembers the old Q Bar in Sydney, swipe through to see a before photo of this crazy space! This project is the impressive creation of our very talented miss Arwen Sachinwalla, who happens to also be our social media lady so is very humble when she speaks about the space! (I had to edit her entry to add this) Her talent and creativity have done wonders for this spac...e and left the client delighted. Well done Arwen, Im so grateful to have you as part of our team. 23.01.2022 Liverpool Medical Suite Our aim when designing medical projects is to create a warm and inviting space, we want to move far away from the traditional feel of a clinic. Thank you to @adam_e_powell for truly capturing the warmth of the space!

21.01.2022 A shout out to the Wonderfully talented Emily Ellis for her stunning design and management of the newly opened Eye Haus clinic in Randwick. Emily began her journey with Studio P, 4 1/2 years ago and in that time has developed into one of the vital members of our team. This project is a credit to her capacity as a designer and manager.... 17.01.2022 There are many moments in the journey of creation, where I find myself asking, is it really worth it? The sleepless nights working out intricate details and the endless deadlines. The frustration of council who tell you it doesnt fit their matrix! ... And the tears from disagreements with the builders and trades who question your vision and its work ability. The endless hours of discussion with clients to ensure that visions are aligned, The Inherent failures along the way that need to be salvaged, Reimagined and worked as if nothing has ever gone wrong. And the commitment to not only your profession but your vision, which take you away from family, friends and free time. But every time when after two years or maybe more you finally walk in to a completed project And you really feel it with every one of your senses, you take a breath and in that one moment all the pain, sweat and tears melts to a complete sense of joy and that feeling of we made it! Its it worth it? YES its worth every bit of it. Never give up on your vision. Studio P Thank you Adam Powell for the photos.

03.01.2022 these Santas helpers are busy creating Studio_P gifts for our clients and those who help us do what we do.

01.01.2022 Studio P would like to take a moment to properly acknowledge the known fact that we design on stolen land which always has been and always will be Aboriginal Land. Like many others, we have watched the world closely over the past two weeks and spent time listening and learning. Although we are a small team we are each individually passionate about this cause and we have spent time on our own personal education to make us stronger as a team in the fight for Black Lives within... Australia. Being a part of the design industry we understand we have a voice and a role to play in the movement towards positive change. Our first steps will be to acknowledge the stolen land each of our projects reside on and further educate ourselves about what this land means. And as we continue to learn we hope to create new and lasting connections with indigenous businesses within our industry. It is important to understand that this fight is not new. It has been going on for centuries before us but Studio P plans to harness this momentum the best we can and grow our practice in the right direction. We are small. These steps are small but we know in our hearts that these are the steps towards much bigger things. The above images were originally posted by @koskela_ as part of their Reconciliation Week posts and it is a word taken from Ngarigu woman, Professor Jakelin Troys The Sydney Language Book which can be translated to the English word LOVE thank you @koskela_ for spreading much needed NGUBADI
