06.01.2022 This painting is extremely special to me. I created it with the intention to include my beautiful dad... The biggest struggle for me was the fact of not being able to touch him once I lost him from this physical world. I sat with a beautiful friend today who said that there might be others who feel the same, that they would love to incorporate colours with the ashes of their loved ones, even pets... I would love to know if there is any one who would love this to be something... that could provide healing and a way of connecting again... I named my business Poured from the Heart as I take my dad out with me in the studio for every art work I create. The honour to be able to do this is something so special and sacred...
