25.01.2022 More happy puppies in their little doggy jumpers! Thankyou all for your patience with me the last week. I've been having difficulties with my back, neck shoulders and wrists getting regular therapy and treatment so I'm hoping I'll be better in no time and back into grooming puppies ASAP!

24.01.2022 This morning was a very very sad one for me as I said goodbye to my beautiful boy Henry I'm sad you all didn't get a chance to meet him as he would have been looking forward to playing receptionist in the salon but I guess it wasn't meant to be. In the meantime I am going to be taking it easy, still grooming but from home. I am also recovering from an injury after a little accident and thus hopefully my heart will gradually start to put itself back together. Thankyou everyone for your patience and understanding. The best thing about working in this industry is knowing my customers are sympathetic and understanding as we all love our fur babies so much!

With all the madness in this world it looks like I'm taking my business off the market and I'll be sticking around I'm going to continue my work as safely as possible given our circumstances. I'm sorry for making you all sad with the announcement in January so I hope to make it up to you I still plan on future business developments but for now I am happy just plodding away doing what I am doing

16.01.2022 We are in November?! where did the year go?! And here I am making up little Christmas crackers for all my fluffy customers that pop in for their last groom of the year in November and December dehydrated liver treats, made by us with no added nasties! And of course complimentary Christmas bows Being stationary now means I am also able to fit in more grooms to my week, so I have a couple of bookings available this week

I am also available for larger grooms and deshedding here is a couple of photos of Gus the labradoodle with his gorgeous teddy trim and long lashes I have a spot for a small groom tomorrow at 12 due to cancellation, and a couple next week. I got in early and ordered a bunch of Christmas pretties for finishing touches during the festive season next I'll be putting together little gifts for each powdered pup to take home after their grooming session The end of the year is booking up super fast so book in asap for your end of year appointments to avoid disappointment

10.01.2022 Thankyou everyone for your continued support these last few weeks as I have made the decision to work from home due to personal reasons. As you will see we have a little hobby farm and you will likely be greeted by our collection of free range chickens and ducks! We still have alot of work to do on our property but bit by bit we will get there and I can't wait for my salon to be complete Dardanup west actually isn't far from most suburbs around the bunbury region! In fact it is quite central to all of them I have also organised complimentary pick up and/or drop offs for those that need the assistance thanks to my wonderful dad! Now here is a "Spot the dog" photo of Gallifrey playing in the paddock during the height of winter ( don't worry your dogs won't be going down here and will have a cosy fenced off area)

10.01.2022 Gosh I havent posted for a while! Here is a cutie for you This little fella had his first haircut He is the perfect example of a well maintained coat! With regular brushing and grooming appointments then we can definitely keep your dog looking fluffy if so desired!

09.01.2022 Well it's been a busy weekend! Today I jumped back into the competition ring after 4 years break. It's been a loooong day but payed off with placing second in advanced poodle class with one of my wonderful clients standard poodle Cosby Big thank you do DGAWA for organising this great event and to the wonderful judges for your advice. And of course my dad Justin (who is now a part of the Powdered Pup team) for helping out!

So this virus is no doubt on everyone's mind, but for now I am still grooming :) if you are concerned about the dogs being groomed at this time; don't worry I am flexible and happy to postpone to ease your mind. For now I will continue to do what has been suggested with social distancing and sanitizing, but if I feel it is best to quarantine, I will certainly let you know. Take care and stay safe

04.01.2022 Super excited to announce I will be setting up a little grooming salon on my property in dardanup west After being mobile for 6 years it is time for me to sit back and enjoy the ride more instead of being on the road every day This will give me the opportunity to spend more time with your beautiful pooches and not only will it be beneficial for me but for your dog too! It will be a great form of stimulation to get them out and about to a quiet, relaxed, controlled envi...ronment where they can spend time socializing with other dogs if so desired I aim to be as flexible as possible and will be opening some Saturday appointments also! Now we are just waiting for some fine weather to get started on the earthworks but I will post more updates when it starts coming together!
