09.01.2022 A few weeks ago I wrote a buyer beware post about a driveway I serviced after another operator left staining and residue. Over the weekend I received the following review from that client on Google My Business. We were very happy with the results of Eddies cleaning of the borestain on our driveway and it came up like new. We had previously engaged another (cheaper) contractor to remove the bore stain and the results had been very disappointing with only partial removal of t...he stain and it had been left with a white/grey reside. The product Eddie used completely removed the remaining stain and the residue the other contractor had left. Eddie is a bit more expensive but the results are far better so for us it would have been cheaper to go direct to him in the first place, so I recommend asking for a test patch before proceeding with any contractor. You can see in the photo the grey part is the grey residue the other contractor left and the clean part is after Eddie had applied his product. 07.01.2022 BUYER BEWARE: Bore Stain West may be a bit more expensive than other operators however other operators do not have access to Bore Stain West Cleaning Product. This unique product developed in Western Australia specifically for Perth Bore Water does not require scrubbing and does not use harsh acids therefore will not bleach or damage surfaces.... Do not risk damaging your homes by thinking if Bore Stain West can clean the surface without damage then all bore stain cleaners must work like that, they don't. I have seen too many damaged surfaces where other products have been used or the cheaper option taken. 07.01.2022 DON'T REPLACE WINDOWS!! I have been told that windows have been replaced as bore stains could not be removed. These are the worst stained windows I have ever seen but check the results. 04.01.2022 So I did not get this job. Picture 1 is the sample I provided for the client. Pic 2 is the completed job from the cheaper operator. Note the damage to the rendering, bore water stains still there and the colour of the wall has been bleached out. Pic 3 is damage caused by incorrect use of a high pressure cleaner trying to remove bore water stains when their products failed. No matter what I show or provide (free demo so they know what results they can expect) to the clients while quoting, it seems it still comes down to price. I am sorry for the client but part of me thinks "Oh well, You got what you paid for"

02.01.2022 I was working today (Saturday) so I decided to record the football. I did not listen to the radio on my way to and from the workplace. I stopped at the chemist before I arrived home and they had a television with low sound so I did not look at the television or listen to what was being said. I went into the shop and picked up a few things and went back to the chemist. I was the only customer and as I walked in I heard the Eagles theme song being played.... Oh well, at least I was satisfied with my work.
