Running for a long time has been seen as something people have to do to get fit, or decrease body fat percentage In terms of getting fit, or improving your cardiovascular system, there are many more low impact options including cycling, assault bikes, rowing or circuit training to name a few When it comes to fat loss, focusing on your nutrition and getting your #neatup247(@diren.kartal ) will serve you far better by manipulating your levels of energy balance, as NEAT and BMR contribute to your daily energy expenditure more than EAT will!!
