19.01.2022 Just confirming BROGA is on tomorrow morning at 730 at Emergence Yoga. Come in the front door and up the stairs to the yoga room at the back of the building. There is also a ramp at the side of the building if you prefer (by arrangement). Please bring your own matt and arrive 5 mins before. Address is 42 Terralong Street. 03.01.2022 Unfortunately attendance has been poor for my mixed class on Thursday, but I wanted to give all my students a chance to use up their credit with me. So I’m happy that’s happened for a few. Perhaps the time slot didn’t work for people or perhaps students are still isolating, not sure but I will return again. Stay tuned. Namaste.
