16.01.2022 You can never be too careful when posting dental equipment

16.01.2022 Today we had a special visit from the Dentist and the Tooth Fairy from Power Dental, and our children had a wonderful time! We listenedto a story about ...good food and bad food Then we used toothbrushes to brush drawings of teeth with shaving cream, and learnt that we should brush our teeth twice a day! Good habits start from a young age, so please encourage your child to keep on brushing!! #dentalhygiene #bridgestkids #keeponbrushing #powerdental

06.01.2022 5 TIPS FOR BRUSHING TEETH :-) 1. It’s all in the timing Brush for at least two minutes morning and night. To keep track of time try brushing to your favourite song.... 2. Brush gently Using too much pressure with your toothbrush can damage gums & tooth enamel. 3. Teeth should be cleaned on an angle Your toothbrush bristle should sit on the gum line on a 45 angle brushing in a circular motion (not back and forth). 4. Don't rinse with water When you have finished brushing, try to spit out the toothpaste and don’t rinse with water. Leaving some toothpaste on your teeth gives your teeth some extra ongoing protection. 5. You should need 4 new toothbrushes a year It's time for a new toothbrush when the bristles start to spread apart, or every three months, whichever comes first.

03.01.2022 Don't forget to floss!
