Working as a personal trainer at Snap Fitness Kaleen is quite a change from my previous career but both have similarities in change management, which I’m passionate about.... There has been heaps to learn preparing for personal training and each day presents new things. I’m enjoying every day and I have loved meeting/helping people wanting to add exercise to their life. 18.01.2022 These exercises are great for strengthening your core and you can do them anywhere. They’re also a great way to test progress - start in week 1 with whatever time you can manage and aim to increase by 5-10 seconds each week. Happy planking!

17.01.2022 My 61st blood donation today. I’m fortunate to be able to provide whatever the Australian Red Cross Blood Service needs - whole blood, plasma and platelets. Today was plasma. Just a small way I can give something back to the community. I encourage everyone to give if you’re able.
