24.01.2022 WE ARE HERE :) We have been loving being back in beautiful Bowen, this place never fails to impress us with it's beautiful town, people and surrounding beaches. We really live in paradise. Updates will be posted this week as well as January's group fitness timetable reveal. ... I'm currently taking PT and small group PT session bookings now and will pop a post up later today with all the info. Group fitness sessions will commence Monday 4th January, location to be announced as we are still working on the finer details. 21.01.2022 F A S T 4 5 Happy hump day team, hope you’ve all had an awesome day/week so far. Fast45 today, which you know is gonna be amazing (and tough) ... Got some new moves for you guys to try, and I can already hear how excited you’re all gonna be (or not) If you can make it down a few minutes earlier so I can go over the exercises and we don’t cut into too much session time, as always I’d be forever grateful. 19.01.2022 Hey guys These are the PT and small group PT session packages. There are more packages available and can be as many or as few as you like. So let me break them down for you PT sessions-... All PT packages have a 12month expiry. You choose your package, it can be 5 sessions or 50 (for example). PT sessions can be 30mins or 45mins. Bookings are essential to secure your preferred time slot and day, upon booking half the payment is required to secure you spot. Small group- Can have up to 4 people max These are a monthly access only, so you will need to renew your booking every month. You will be training in a small group privately, so if you’re into a little friendly and healthy competition then this is for you Full gym access Upon booking, full payment is required. I’m currently taking bookings for both PT and small group PT sessions. So if you are interested and want to have a chat, message me, let’s chat Group fitness sessions kick off Monday 4th January, and those packages will be up in the coming weeks and booking and payment will be taken to secure your spot. These will have a cap at 20ppl, so make sure you don’t miss out. Enjoy your week -Rach

Time flys when you’re having fun, and that’s exactly what we’re gonna have at boot camp this afternoon. A couple of games (still gotta do some work sorry haha) to end the week on a high after another awesome week If you’re bringing your little ones or bigger kids, they are welcome to join in too, it’s fun for EVERYONE Don’t forget your towel/mat, jumper and water bottle, and I’ll see you on the deck @5:15pm

10.01.2022 MUM BODS I was tossing up weather to share this here, but I’m all for the raw and real, so here it is in all it’s fluffy glory (no shame here, just me ) Mum bods don’t get enough credit for the epic journey and changes they go through with pregnancy, hormones, labour and postpartum. And everyone’s experiences are so different, there’s no right or wrong way, there’s just YOUR way. ... I’ve just hit my 5months postpartum milestone with baby #4, and there’s only so much milking I can do before it’s time to get back on the hustle and stop making excuses (and eating like I’m still pregnant ). Like most people i’m starting all over again too, from the very start just like you, and I’m feeling SO READY I’m not sad that I had it and lost it, I know what it takes to get it, to build myself from the ground up. I know the challenges i’ve faced, the walls that go up and when my body wants to tap out. I know how hard it is to turn up everyday, every week knowing it’s gonna hurt, I’m going to be uncomfortable, I’m going to be sore and tired. But I also know the beauty that comes from it, the mind that clears, the clothes that fit, the strength that leaves me wanting more, and the experiences that make me more hungrier for that end goal. The experience and journey of transforming yourself into something truly real and beautiful, will be your hardest, but most rewarding challenge. I challenge you to join me in becoming the best version of yourself, a stronger, healthier more confident version that has nothing lose, but everything to gain. 09.01.2022 It didn’t tickle So so so proud of all the boot campers this afternoon, that was not an easy session. Glad I got to tag along in the session with you guys So many close contenders, not gonna lie, I was worried a few times I’d be overtaken and so many finished off the workout. Well done team, solid effort from everyone and I’m super proud of you all ... You’re all winners in my eyes Have an amazing weekend and I’ll see you all next week. -Rach

Boot camp is still on this afternoon, we will be moving to the sound shell under the cover and out of the rain.
