24.01.2022 Our final class for 2020 will be next Wednesday night (23rd Dec!) Our classes will resume on Monday 4th January as per normal. 24/7 access will remain the same, and don't forget to hit up the PT's if you want an extra session!

17.01.2022 Woohoo, our final challenge for the year has come to an end. When we create our challenges they are never about losing big numbers on the scales, getting ripped or shredded, but are about stepping outside your comfort zone, getting fit & healthy, experiencing something new and making some friends along the way. Safe to say I think a lot of our challengers experienced this! A massive shoutout to everyone who completed the challenge and getting some great results, a special mention to Bronwyn for taking out the overall MVP! Keep an eye out for our new and exciting challenges in 2021. We have some great things planned and we can't to share them with you! Shoutout to our talented videographer Ezra Pyers
