25.01.2022 We wish you and your family a very Mery Christmas. Thank you for all your support this year. It's been a while since we all met, however our club is as strong as ever. WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!! PRE-SEASON STARTS... 6PM, Thursday 21st January ALL WELCOME FOR A GAME OF TOUCH Bayside College Paisley Campus 33-43 Blenheim Rd, Newport 3015

24.01.2022 A great mark of respect and great value lesson for the kids.

23.01.2022 Not much better in rugby than a thrilling Bledisloe. It might be too early to call, but it looks like we're heading into a new era

23.01.2022 Well we gave it good crack all the way to the end!! As of tomorrow training is cancelled until further notice. However, we will be running some drills and a game of touch TONIGHT AT 6pm. All teams welcome. We are still committted to health and wellbeing of our members. So, we will start discussing a remote health program tonight. ... Whilst we respect the decision, we are truly gutted and will do what we can to keep the spirits up for everone in our community. #buildingbrillianthumans

23.01.2022 The last time we won the Bledisloe was 3 years before the oldest player in our club was born. Facebook wasn't invented, John Howard was Prime Minister and The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, and Spider-Man were the three biggest films of the year. Are we going to break the drought?! Are you watching the game?... This Sunday at 2PM.

22.01.2022 Our deepest condolences to the family of Peter Selby. To his partner Jan O’Brien , Peter’s sons Darren and Blair and his whole family. Peter Selby, sadly lost his battle with cancer and passed away in the early hours of yesterday morning.... He had an association with Power House spanning nearly 50 years. A schoolboy friend of Snr Club President, Bryan Furlong where they played 1st Cricket and Rugby together at Dannervirke High School in NZ. The highlights of Peter’s career were to play in the premiership winning Power House 1st XV sides of 1973 and 1974 and to represent Victoria against the 1974 touring New Zealand All Blacks. Following his retirement Peter was awarded Life Membership of Power House Rugby Club (PHRUFC), the first New Zealander to achieve this honour. Rugby vs Leukaemia was conceived by Peter following his 2017 diagnosis of AML, Acute Myloid Leukaemia. His sole aim was to increase awareness especially in the Polynesian community to the importance of donating blood and becoming part of the world wide bone marrow donor program. Your support of this program may save a live. https://rugbyvsleukemia.com/the-challenge/

18.01.2022 Who's coming back in 2021?!! We are very grateful that the Hobsons Bay City Council believed in our Building Brilliant Humans vision . When we had to move from Loft Reserve they found the funding to create brand new grounds and clubrooms 2 streets up at Blenheim Rd. Thank you. We've had some wonderful times at Lofts and can't wait to continue at our new home. ... Opening ceremonies and launch dates etc. will need to be fluid with Covid. However mark in the week starting 18th JANUARY 2021 for preseason. Actual day TBC. But, lets move forward and dust off this average year and swap it for an amazing 2021. See you soon! 16.01.2022 The best thing about sport is the values it teaches. After an intense week in the lead up and massive game that went into overtime in rainy windy Wellington. The All Blacks invited the Wallabies into their change rooms for a beer and to congratulate Michael Hooper on his 100th.Test. #buildingbrillianthumans
