Training to keep them up even when you have nothing left could be the difference between winning or losing a real fight, and in some cases can mean life or death. 08.01.2022 Throwback to 2008. 17 years old with a mad obsession for Bruce Lee. Was also the year I started Wing Chun. I spent hours every day setting up and using improvised training equipment, stretching, lifting weights, conditioning my knuckles on cement, striking the bag and dummy, reading self development and Martial Arts books, running along the beach daily and thinking of who and what I wanted to become. I had an idea of where I wanted to be, and no idea of how or what I could... do to get there. I just kept the vision and doors opened as time went on. Needless to say I didn't have too many friends with interests like those However, I'm glad I chose this path over anything else. Its been a wholesome journey and has taken me many places internally and externally. See more
