Sound familiar? Safe to say this is the busy lifestyle we all live however due to all this sitting, it often leads to tightness & impingements in the body and there’s nothing worse than hitting the gym without addressing this tightness/impingement as it often leads to gym related i...njuries. So rather than getting injured and having to follow a rehab program, be proactive and incorporate foam rolling as part of your pre-hap training program. Think of foam rolling as a way to self-massage your body targeting muscles and fascia to helps free up tension, stiffness and soft tissue restrictions by increasing blood flow & oxygen to the targeted area. 04.01.2022 We often get asked can you build lean muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time? Like every good coach, my answer is always it depends. It depends on the individual, functional movement ability, range of motion, nutrition, training experience & training intensity.
