13.01.2022 Hi Guys, As you are no doubt aware, Government health authorities have now accelerated measures to restrict the spread of the COVID-19 virus throughout the community with a widespread shut-down of access to non-essential activities. Free 'Virtual' Training Online We would like keep offering you access to classes at Power Karate & Kickboxing. We will now be moving to a Virtual Training environment. We are well prepared for this current situation and shortly you will receive a...dditional information on how to book, what time the class sessions will be on and the unique link for each class. Although the online training is FREE, your support and generosity towards keeping the dojo operating during this crisis, is much appreciated. If you would like to support the dojo through these tough times, please contact Rosie to discuss payment options. Not all Martial Arts schools and Gyms are equipped for this evolution in training (temporary as it may be) however we are dedicated to your continued health, training and well-being; now and in the future. All classes will be available via. Live Streaming using a unique online link open to our current members and their families. For any new members out there, who are interested in training to maintain fitness and health during this difficult time, this is the perfect opportunity for an introduction into Kyokushin Karate & Kickboxing. What will the classes be like? Obviously, for those of you doing Karate/Kickboxing at home, we won't be able to facilitate any partner drills or sparring during this time, however we have developed a special training plan for our virtual classes, so please come prepared for some intensive workouts. To participate, all you will need is either a Desktop computer/Laptop with a webcam, Tablet device or Smartphone to join the live classes. We will also be able to see and communicate with each other. You won't need any special software as we will send you a reminder 10 minutes before each class with a direct link to start class.... Simple! As you know, we are a family gym, with family values and you are part of this family. Together we can beat COVID 19, and come out of this situation a stronger version of ourselves. We have sent out an email to all students with details regarding the new Power Karate App. We ask everyone to please start to download and install the app and please book all classes you wish to attend. 06.01.2022 Osu everyone, We will be reopening on Monday the 15th of June. We really want to thank all our students and their families for their continued support and joining us with our online training. With the governments restrictions, all students must download the Power Karate app and book all their classes in. This is essential as only a certain number of students can train per class. 03.01.2022 OSU guys, Our brand new stretch and flex class will be starting on Tuesday the 7th of July. This will be run by our very own Senpai Jade. We have two classes available: Tuesday’s 4:45-5:45pm Thursday’s: 7-8pm... Location: JPMA Power Karate Shop 2/629 Gardeners Road, Mascot 2020. There is underground parking available. Each class is $20 which can be paid with the admin team upon arrival. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a towel. To book or if you have any questions please email [email protected].
