17.01.2022 I absolutely love the changing of seasons. I love summer i love spring i love winter i love autumn. There is a reason for every season! And i love how it mirrors us as humans. We come from nature we are all seasons, wrapped in a day, wrapped in a moment, in our emotions and our phases in life. ... We go through bright light and sunny, we go through a release, a letting go and shedding of layers, we go through a dark winter of emotions, where the earth is barron and feeling as though we there is only darkness loss and emptiness. And yet under the surface, the seeds have been sown for a new beginning. A spring time of new beginnings, where all that we have been through, breeds new life, new oppotunties and new growth. Its times such as these, of such uncertainty we are reminded - just as the earth keeps spinning and nature stays consistent in its process of growth death and rebirth; that everything shifts and changes regardless, and that we always be ok, and for us, there will always be a new and beautiful phase

15.01.2022 The forgotten Art of Nurturing We live in an age where we have access to the new and shiny, we are able to upgrade the outdated, strive for perfection, trade in what is not working for something that works better. Social media has given us a whole new insight into others, where we are constantly comparing our lives, comparing how we should be and the people in our lives. We get to know people well in our life, and as with everything- when we look for too long we begin to se...Continue reading

07.01.2022 We all have our days. The good ones where we feel sooo incredibly blessed, full of joy and happiness and on top of the world. Other days we dont feel so good, the anxiety or sads or grief kick in, where we feel as though we cant deal anymore. One thing i know, is that no matter the day, no matter the experience or emotion that we are going through, it does not take away from our strength and resilience. I feel like so many people hold back from sharing the days when its n...ot so good, as it is percieved by others that we are weak. Humans as a whole like to put people in boxes - like we are either one or the other. Like "she/he is so happy and bubbly!" Or "she/he is going through a lot and is dealing with depression/sadness/grief/anxiety etc". The truth is we all oscillate between so many emotions as humans and it doesn't take away from our strength. And thankfully, it means that we dont have to get stuck in one emotion. It is totally OK, and healthy and normal - to go through a day or a week, where we feel a multitude of emotions! Its about riding the waves of it and releasing the shame around the emotions we have deemed as "negative " and instead sharing it ,halving it, and the releasing it. Over and over again. This is the human experience. If only we allow ourselves to journey through it. And when we do so, peace prevails, in all the ups and downs, the highs and the lows, there is peace in feeling supported throught it all, without feeling as though we need need to hide to due to judgement.
