23.01.2022 AFL Grand Final weekend saw the first Chrome bars meet at Ravenswood for a while and even though the numbers were a little down due to the footy there were some stunning cars in attendance and plenty of familiar faces. It was a great night and I look forward to the next one. PS. sory its taken so long to post these pics, I totally forgot about them. 21.01.2022 On Saturday I was honoured to be invited to attend a great local event as one of their official photographers. Hosted by Harley Central and Bar & Wells Cafe in Kangaroo Flat as well as Cookie & Sue’s cafe in Eaglehawk was this terrific fundraiser to help support our amazing local CFA units around Bendigo. The event started at Harley Central / Bar and Wells Cafe for a get together and information and then the run headed out through Strathfieldsaye to Lake Eppalock (first raff...le), then from Eppalock to the Axedale pub for refreshments, then off to to Heathcote (fuel & 2nd raffle), then off to Toolleen for lunch, from Toolleen to Colbinabbin pub (3rd raffle), then off to Elmore (fuel & refreshments), then Elmore to Goornong (refreshments) and then back to the Cookie and Sue’s cafe in Eaglehawk for a BBQ. All up the run covered about 170 k's and had over 160 bikes and a number of cars participating. 20.01.2022 Well this years event certainly didnt dissapoint with what seemed to be an even bigger display of vehicles than previous years! The grounds and the layout are just perfect for this event and there were plenty of things to look at, hunt and bargain for and hide before you get home. Well done to everyone for getting out in the rain, getting involved, donating toys to the Salvation Army for families doing it tough at Christmas time as well as providing a gold coin donation going to the Bendigo Hospital Childrens Ward. Allen's lovely wife Pam purchased him a voucher for Christmas last year to have his machines photographed and we finally got around to completing the project. 02.01.2022 I made a little special delivery last week to a good friend who was turning the big 5-0 and his partner organized this photo of him on a fundraising rally i shot a while back as a 50 x 75cm canvas.
