21.01.2022 Our Powerplant Cares program recently made a donation to the fantastic Evolve All Stars, an all-inclusive cheerleading group in Cranbourne West that provides a one-of-a-kind nurturing environment for children of all ages and abilities. Our donation was used specifically to boost the facilities used by the All Star’s special needs group, where kids are supported to push their boundaries, perform and play an important role in their team’s success. 20.01.2022 PEOPLE, PERFORMANCE & PRIDE IN ACTION DURING COVID-19 To ensure the requirements of our customers continue to be met while we minimise the risk posed by COVID-19, our staff are working from home and observing social distancing principles at all times. Our field activities are continuing in a safe and timely manner. All staff continue to be available by phone and email along with daily project discussions held online via Microsoft Teams. We are well equipped to ensure business continuity - delivering your projects in a safe and timely manner remains our priority. Looking good team!

11.01.2022 We were recently engaged by CPB Contractors to project manage a major 66kV electrical asset relocation for the M80 Upgrade Project. The upgrade was part of the program of work for Major Road Upgrades Victoria and required significant planning to manage a freeway closure with night-time shutdown, and negotiations with AusNet Services and Jemena. We’re excited to be involved in projects of this scale and value to the Victorian community. Congratulations to Mark Hodgson, our Manager, Major Projects and team for achieving a great result for CPB and VicRoads.

06.01.2022 Powerplant are delighted to introduce the newest member of the NSW team, Braj Dubey. Braj started with us as isolation laws were being put in place, which has made it difficult to give him a proper welcome but we are looking forward to spending time in the office together once it is safe to do so. Braj comes to Powerplant as our NSW Design manager with 12 years experience in design & construction of overhead & underground electrical distribution network for electricity utilit...ies across NSW. In a great step for our business, Powerplant will now be providing contestable design services to customers on the NSW electrical network, having been accredited by the NSW government as an Authorised Service Provider (ASP) This is an exciting time of expansion for our business and we happy to have Braj guide the team from our Parramatta office.
