25.01.2022 A few pics from a job sanded off this morning in Kingsholme. Nice and simple compared to what we have been used to of late. An easier one between our bigger projects to give us a bit of a breather.

23.01.2022 A few shots of our current townhouse project in Benowa. A little different from our usual jobs where we try to stick to quality over quantity but who says you can’t have both in one project. 10 townhouses overall for Bradwell Constructions. Bottom 4 currently being set and top 6 party walls about to get underway. Tricky site for sheet delivery but our friends at PlastaMasta doing a great job.

21.01.2022 Great to see our friends at Koryzma Constructions get the recognition they deserve for this quality build in Carrara completed last year. Extremely happy that we got the chance to show our quality workmanship on this project and that it’s been recognised by Master Builders. Gold Coast House of the Year!! Congratulations to the team at Koryzma Constructions and all involved.

18.01.2022 One of our recently completed projects in Burleigh. Our first project for Latimer Building Concepts. The Latimer team were extremely easy to work with and as you can see in the photos produce a quality finish.

18.01.2022 Couple of photos from our recently finished job at Rathdowney. Job completed for Hammertech Carpentry at the Hutchins Thoroughbred Farm. A little further away than our usual jobs but with scenery like that it’s hard to complain. 2 new staff houses and a lunch room for the team.

17.01.2022 Bit of framing today. Our 2nd gym project is underway and almost ready for services to go in.

13.01.2022 Setting today at our Miami job. Busy first day back after the long weekend.

11.01.2022 One of our jobs 90% finished right before Christmas with the finishing touches completed now. This commercial factory kept us busy with all steel walls and ceilings framed by our team as well as installation of the aluminium door and window frames finished with an aluminium skirting to tie it all together.

11.01.2022 Current Project for us on Monaco st for Bradwell Constructions. Suspended ceilings. Square set windows and ceilings. Shadow line to doors and skirting. A fair bit of work involved with this one and looking forward to seeing the end product. Progress photos to come.

08.01.2022 Boys had fun the other day trying to get 4.8 studs to our upcoming gym Fitouts. No internal access for longer studs so to the roof it was. Sheets will be fun....

07.01.2022 First of our 2 gym projects has started. Steel frame and grid ceilings are underway.

06.01.2022 A few progress photos from our job at Hedges Ave. Level 5 walls throughout the ground floor to eliminate the glancing light. Lots of detail in this one. Set casing bead to a shadow line skirting to go in, tear away to the VJ ceilings and set in wall light boxes. Coming along nicely.

03.01.2022 A few photos of one our jobs completed just before Christmas. We don’t usually get to see the final stages of a project but it’s always rewarding to see our work as a finished product. Another quality build by the team at Koryzma Constructions.

03.01.2022 Busy morning this morning. 2 truckloads totalling 1200m2 of board going into the first floor of one of our current projects.
