21.01.2022 In 1933 obituary in the New York Times and the Times magazine published a story of a man that died in his 256. This man's name was Li Ching-Yuen. Li Ching-Yuen himself summed up his rules to living long life and healthy like this: 1. keep your heart calm... 2. sit quite as a turtle 3. walk friskily like a pigeon 4. sleep deep like a dog This taoist and herbalist kept himself in an amazing youthfulness, sexual potency and impeccable health. He was born in 1677 and died in 1933. Li Ching-Yuen adhered to 3 everyday rules: 1. never ever rush in life, take your time. 08.01.2022 We have tried and loved the result: Cut the strip and use it as an anti-inflammatory on pimples - works magic! Anti-wrinkle effect is amazing, too (although we like wrinkles here, do not see anything wrong with them :) ) Tooth ache? We have tried and were amazed! Pain went and did not come back.
