18.01.2022 Mask requirements across Queensland are in effect as of 5pm yesterday (Monday 29 March). If you are visiting our offices or workshop over the next few days please bring a mask with you. Ensure you do not visit if you are feeling unwell or have been in a Brisbane hotspot since 20th March as advised by Qld Health. You must carry a face mask with you at all times when you leave home, unless you have a lawful reason not to.... You must wear a mask in indoor spaces, such as: shopping centres, supermarkets, retail outlets and indoor markets hospitals and aged care facilities hospitality venues such as restaurants and cafés (not required for patrons while seated; customer facing staff only) churches and places of worship libraries indoor recreational facilities and gyms (except if doing strenuous exercise) indoor workplaces (where safe to wear a mask and you can’t physically distance) public transport, taxis and rideshare, including waiting areas and queues for this transport airports and travelling on planes. It is strongly recommended you wear a mask outdoors if you are unable to stay more than 1.5m distance from other people, such as busy walkways and thoroughfares. 12.01.2022 PCA ULTRA SCREEN COAL spec!!!!! Introducing the latest addition to the PCA Ultra Screen family. The C32000 series ULTRA SCREEN has been developed to fit directly to any Sandvik Eimco or JUG-A-O machine. Just like its larger brother, the PCA ULTRA SCREEN C32000 fits neatly on the transmission for ease of fitment and inspection. Used as a diagnostic and preventative maintenance tool the Coal spec Ultra Screen will certainly change how the transmission and converters issues in t...hese machines are diagnosed. Using the same principals as the original Ultra Screen the magnets trap the contaminates from the Torque Converter allowing the client to easily identify premature issues with the converter and/or transmission. The C32000 series unit is in full production and can be easily fitted to a machine in 30 minutes making it very fitter friendly. 07.01.2022 One of the key innovations that PCA have implemented as part of client support in the field are "Component Health Checks" on transmissions and torque converters. Just last week the Technical Support Team completed health checks on two of our major clients Sandvik LH517 and LH621 loaders . The checks include all clutch plate inspection and wear analysis, Torque Converter pressure test with converter lock-up function test. Inspection of the PCA ULTRA SCREEN and transmission gea...r train inspection. These "Health Check" are giving our clients real time data on the current serviceability of the key components as well forecast service life. A Technical Service Report (TSR) is issued to the client for each component and machine, and the data logged on our website so that the client can access specific machine powertrain component analysis data through a new initiative called the PCA Conditioning Monitoring Program (CMP). PCA is certainly leading the way supporting our clients in the field developing programs, training courses, and initiatives that allow for better maintenance planning and cost reduction through condition monitoring tools like the PCA ULTRA SCREEN.
