23.01.2022 PPCM received this fantastic video made by the owners of this beautiful home designed and built by Charles Pace in 1998. Recently the new and current owners asked us to design and build the addition to the home. What an honour and rare opportunity to do an addition on this house all these years later.
13.01.2022 This is a pod built addition. First to do. Has many advantages. This addition was up placed secured and tiled on the roof in 6 working days. Would recommend it if you need to beat the wet weather and need to live in your home during the construction. We have now commenced the fit out and should be complete in 6 weeks.
