21.01.2022 The Petani Tutuivao dance and performing arts group will be performing at Kurri Kurri Highschool on the 29th March 2021. Dance practice has already started for the year. 18.01.2022 The Petani Tutuivao dance and performing arts group will be performing at Kurri Kurri Highschool 9-11am this Monday the 29th March 2021. Parents and family members are welcome to join us too!! Today they were buzzing with excitement in preparations for this upcoming performance. We are so very proud of you kids

11.01.2022 Thank you KurriKurri High school for the warm welcoming and for allowing our young Pacifica people to showcase and promote their Tongan background, cultural identity and sense of belonging through the art of story telling and dance performance. This was extra special as we got to meet some of the staff and in particular, some of the Pacifica students at this school and we got to hear their stories

06.01.2022 Petani’s Tuituivao performing arts and dance group Represented Tonga for Harmony week at KurriKurri High school yesterday. This was also in line with year 8 Pacifica study unit on Tonga and the Pacific. These young people promoted their cultural identity, sense of belonging and their history via dance and performances. Thank you to the teachers and students at KurriKurri who welcomed us with open arms. We are grateful to have been given this opportunity to promote our T...ongan culture and to share our experiences as Pacifica people. Teachers and the student alike were excited to join in and learn how to do the Tongan Tau’olunga made it more fun and brought about lots of connections and laughter for everyone. A beautiful presentation of our young people’s talents, dance performance, history of Tonga, it’s arts in promoting cultural diversity
