12.01.2022 Dead bugs is an exercise to strengthen and stabilise your core, spine and back muscles. This exercise helps teach you to keep your core stable and back protected while your legs and arms are moving. While performing this exercise keep your lower back in contact with the floor at all times. Only perform this exercise if it is pain free! A good goal to achieve would be 20 in a row for 2 rounds.
