18.01.2022 The IAP2 Spectrum of Public Participation provides some insight to the current pandemic situation. The government possibly would have us at INFORM - some of the community would prefer that too. Other members of the community are acting as if they are opearting at EMPOWER, bulk-buying essentials (including toilet paper) and readying themselves for isolation. It also means that less people will be attending public meetings and occassions.
