Here are some interesting statistics that might surprise you Recently over 1,500 people were asked about their current fitness routines. Here are the results.... With 83% of the population who work out, Western Australia came in first place. The state that was found to work out the least with 79% of the population is South Australia. On average, those surveyed said they work out 2.9 times per week. This included working out from home, at the gym and outdoors. Of those surveyed, 49% of women work out 3 times or more per week. 19% of people surveyed prefer strength training for sweating and 10% prefer a gentle yoga or restorative class to help with their mindfulness. 33% of these people liked to do both activities. So what does this tell us?? Fitness is an important part of our routines. How you do it is up to you. 01.01.2022 I can promise you that my active wear line is far more stylish and comfortable than the ones being worn by #kathandkim #kathandkelknight As a busy mum to young twin girls, I quickly realised that I needed to be able to securely hold my phone, keys and other valuables whilst I was also taking care of my girls. I needed to have my hands free so that I could play with them and most importantly keep them safe when we were out. ... I couldn’t find what I needed. If I found my size, then I couldn’t get anything with pockets. If I could find something with pockets, then I couldn’t find my size. So I decided to embark on fixing a problem that I am sure I am not the only one who suffers from this dilemma. With a high waist and secure pockets, I can now comfortably hide my #mumtum a bit more and have my hands free. It is important to me that ALL SIZES are included. Sizes include XS-XXXXL. I believe that we should not attach our self worth to the size of our clothing label. That is why you won’t see the above size labels on my range. You will see something else that will help you feel empowered, confident and included.
