If you're not consistent in posting and being active online, you won't reap the rewards. Your business will look tacky if last time you posted was in 2014, and it was a half-hearted attempt. (If you're out jogging, do you stop to sip a latte at the local cafe? No! Maybe AFTER but not during). The rewards are creating an online channel for your business, possibly an incremental revenue stream, alternative promotions, finding a new target market and so much more. Do Social Media consistently with valuable content or don't do it at all.
