08.02.2022 In early December Stonnington City Council launched our first Voice of the Customer survey and we are delighted to now share the results with you. Thank you to the over 1000 people that responded to the survey and provided feedback on the running of our Aquatic Centres. This valuable information not only provides us with areas of focus but also helps shape our future investment and improvements.

23.01.2022 Great to see the Malvern Town Hall in an ever-changing rainbow colours to show our support for World Mental Health Day. And a big shout out to Resolution X f...or generously keeping the kaleidoscope coming, and adding a little bit of colour in these tough times. Keep an eye on our iconic Town Hall to see the colours change from pink to orange to white to purple and remember to look out for each other.

14.01.2022 Following the Victorian Governments easing of restrictions announcement today, the following changes will be made to our sessions from tomorrow. Sessions spots will be increased from 20 to 30 people There will be no limits on the number of people per lane... We are currently updating our booking platform to cater for these changes. These changes will increase our number of spots from 2680 to 4020 per week. Added spots for tomorrow and Tuesdays sessions will be available to book from 4pm today. We are excited for these changes and welcoming more swimmers into our pool each day.

You can remove your face mask when outdoors, in the pool, or engaged in any strenuous physical exercise. 13.01.2022 Following the easing of restrictions, change rooms and showers have reopened. Limitations will apply to the number of people allowed in these spaces, based on the 4m per person rule. To avoid congestion please continue to shower at home if possible.

02.01.2022 Firstly, we would like to thank all of you for your continued support and understanding over the past 4 weeks. It has been a long road to getting back to COVID normal, and we can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. Following the Victorian Governments announcement on Monday 26 October, the following changes will be implemented effective from Wednesday 28 October 50 people in the pool at one time.... Sessions will remain at 40 minutes however you will be able to book multiple sessions per day The limit of 3 sessions per week will be removed Back to back session will be allowed We will be introducing a walk in system, however we strongly encourage you to book online as walk in places cannot be guaranteed You will still be required to book online for your session, due to contract tracing requirements. We will continue to monitor bookings and make changes to sessions as required Prahran Aquatic Centre Team
